Every Sandra Faye Stays piece is prepared with care, and many items are made to order or personalized specifically for your property.
Please review the information below before placing your order.

Production Times

Production times vary by product and are listed on each product page. Typically 3-5 business days.

Personalized pieces do not enter production until all required details have been submitted and the final proof has been approved, when applicable.

Production time does not include shipping time.

Shipping

Orders currently ship within the United States.

Shipping costs and available delivery options are calculated at checkout. Once an item ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address used to place the order.

Because products may be made and fulfilled separately, one order may arrive in multiple packages and on different days.

Shipping Delays

Delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

Sandra Faye Stays is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, incorrect shipping information, or circumstances outside our control.
We will still do our best to help if a shipment appears to be significantly delayed.

Address Changes

Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order.

Address changes can only be made before production or fulfillment begins.
Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error.
Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee that the delivery address can be changed.

Additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility.

Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking shows that your order is still in transit beyond the expected delivery window, contact us and we will help you review the shipment.

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around the property, ask neighbors or property staff, and contact the carrier first.

Sandra Faye Stays is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier has confirmed delivery.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@sandrafaye.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the item

  • Photographs of the shipping box and packaging

Please keep all original packaging until the issue has been resolved.

Once the claim has been reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund. Claims submitted without photographs or more than 7 days after delivery may not be eligible for resolution.

Returns

Because Sandra Faye Stays products are made to order, personalized, or produced specifically for each purchase, we do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect measurements, ordering the wrong size, or personal preference.

Only items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect are eligible for return and refund.

Approved returns must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery and must include all original packaging unless otherwise instructed.

Return shipping will be covered when the return is the result of damage, a defect, or an incorrect item.

Artwork Returns

Artwork is made to order and is final sale unless it arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Before ordering, please review the dimensions, orientation, material, frame option, and installation requirements listed on the product page.

Personalized Products

When a proof is provided, it is the customer’s responsibility to review all names, coordinates, addresses, spelling, dates, and other property details carefully.

Production begins after approval. Sandra Faye Stays is not responsible for errors included in an approved proof or details submitted incorrectly by the customer.

Cancellations and Order Changes

Orders can only be changed or canceled before production begins.

Because production may begin shortly after an order is placed, contact us as soon as possible at info@sandrafaye.com.

Once an order has entered production, it cannot be changed, canceled, or refunded.

This includes changes to:

  • Personalization details

  • Product size

  • Material or frame selection

  • Shipping address

  • Order quantity

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days so we can determine the appropriate replacement or refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the claim has been reviewed and, when required, the returned item has been received.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear after it has been processed. Processing times may vary by financial institution.
